Internship Program
International students graduating from universities in Thuringia offer tremendous potential for the economy of Thuringia.
Within the framework of the HiTh-project, the International Office is responsible for placing international students from the Friedrich Schiller University in local companies.
Vice-versa, the International Office also helps companies from Thuringia to look for suitable international interns and students for practice-oriented theses.
Why international students?
Taking on international students as interns or working students can be a valuable asset for your company. They not only tend to be highly motivated workers but have also often already completed study programs and work experience in their home countries. In addition, due to the fact that they have studied in Thuringia they are already familiar with the German work environment. You can tap into this potential from international students to exploit new markets, e.g. to build international networks and to acquire new customers both here and abroad!
